Property Description:
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the casino square, the heart of Monte Carlo. An abundance of restaurants and bars are within walking distance and the famous cafe de Paris is only 2 minutes away on foot. Monaco's most famous stores and boutiques are also obly a stones throw away. There is an excellent supermarket across the street, the Casino bus stop is 200 metres away and all Monaco buses stop there. The railway station (connecting you with the rest of the riviera) is an easy 5 minute walk.

Other Information:
Monaco is in the heart of the french riviera. Famous for its beaches, casino, night life and restaurants, Monte Carlo is the best choice on the cote d'Azure. The old town is nearby and gives wonderful view of famous Cap D'ail. The port, condamine and waterfront host a variety of restaurants and bars to sit and watch the privat Yachts, or have a beer in the famour Cafe de Paris and watch the rich and famous roll by.

Further Description:
Nice, Cannes, St Tropez and Italy are all a stones throw away and can easily be done as a day trip. In the winter the skiing is only 90 minutes drive up the mountains.

From Nice Airport it is easiest to take the bus to Monaco, from Terminal 1 the bus takes 45 minutes and departs hourly for only 14.75 Euros. By care take the A8 motorwaym, the journey takes aprox 30 minutes. Alternatively there is the helicopter which takes aprox 10 minutes and allows woderfull views of the area.

The dining table seats up to 6 and the view can been enjoyed while dining inside or on the terrace. 32' Flat screen Tv with DVD / CD / FM AM radio, and a well stocked DVD library are provided. The Double Bedroom, has a King sized bed and built in wardrobes, plus ample drawers, and a large desk with a sea view. The terrace can be acessed from the bedroom. the bathroom is ensuite and has a bath / shower / toilet / washing machine. the kitchen is fully equipped with white china and serving dishes, a four burner electric stove top and oven, and a fridge and freezer. For additional guests there is also a roll away double bed that can be installed in the bedroom or the living room. Parking may be available, please request rates and information.
